Looking after your intimate products is simple, and it's one of the best things you can do for your wellbeing and for the life of the product.
Clean before and after every use
Warm water and a gentle, fragrance-free soap or a dedicated intimate product cleaner is all you need for most body-safe materials. Avoid harsh chemicals, alcohol-based wipes and anything heavily perfumed.
Check whether it's waterproof

Dry thoroughly
Pat dry with a clean, lint-free towel and allow to air dry completely before putting away.
Store with care
- Keep each product in its own pouch or box.
- Store away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Keep silicone products from touching each other, as some materials can react over time.
Charging and batteries
Charge rechargeable products fully before first use and follow the manufacturer's guidance. If a product isn't going to be used for a while, give it a top-up every few months.
Know when to replace
